Hi Alfred, Try Uninstalling and then reinstalling that application to see if that resolves the issue, Windows Update may have pulled one of its compononents If that does not resolve the Issue, go to the Software Manufacturers website and look for a patch or update, you can be sure you are not the only person experiencing this with their software.
